Brrr...its bone chilling outside today. Everytime I am going to the nearby market for some shopping, I break into a jog. Helps me to keep warm and stay fit till the time I am on holidays.
It seems like a good idea for people who are out working in this cold. First of all due to the cold no sweat, so no "mess", keeps body warm and keeps you running.

Dial Fitness for Health

OBESITY is one hell of a problem our generation is facing. I for one had got bitten by it a number of times. But now I am dealing with it quite nicely. I am inviting people all over to help the NOT SO FIT to GET FIT for a better standard of living.
Biggest mantra to stay fit and being positive is to just get off that DAMN COUCH and walk for a start. Exercising has proved to generate feel good hormones to deal with the stresses of life.
So all the people out there, please chip in and contribute any kind of suggestions which will make our life happier, stress free and without any illness.
